In the morning Tappu irritates Bhinde by whistling. Bhinde in anger breaks Tappu's whistle.
Bhinde goes to buy new spects with Popat Lal. After lot of confusion Bhinde buys a spects for Rs. 2600 and gets his old spect repaired.
