Curiosity rover landing on Aug 5, live video feed at NASA TV

The car-sized Curiosity rover will land on our neighbouring world on August 5th 2012 approximately at 10:31 PM.

Curiosity will be transporting the laboratory instruments describing rock samples, soil and atmosphere.

The study involves if Mars had offered an environmental circumstance favoring for microbial life.

The rover which is designed for $2.5 billion will spend at least 2 years on Mars. It will trace out if Mars have been fit for human habitation to life at a certain point.

The rocks will be visiting Atlanta, Orlando, Texas , Austin, Indianapolis, Boston, Detroit, Houston, Columbus and Ohio

The live broadcast will be telecast on NASA TV from the mission control at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.
