Spicy and healthy Chicken Soup vegetable mix tasty & nutritious

Chicken soup is made by combining ingredients such as meat and vegetables. Intake of soup before meals will help in digestion of food. Chicken soup helps in strengthening the bones. It takes less time for preparation and very easy to prepare at home. Here are the steps to prepare Chicken Soup.

Ingredients:

400 gms chicken with bones

 Tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 onions chopped

 Green chilli chopped

4 tsp pepper powder

Few coriander leaves

1 tsp fennel seed powder

 2 tomatoes

4 tsp cumin seeds

8 cloves garlic

4 tsp oil

Salt to taste.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Servings: 8

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and place into saucepan.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to the chicken.
  3. Add pepper, cumin seeds and garlic to the chicken.
  4. Stir it continuously by adding salt and coriander leaves.
  5. Take another sauce pan and heat oil in it.
  6. Put fennel seeds, onion and green chillies to the oil.
  7. Fry them for a minute.
  8. Pour the soup into the sauce pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Drizzle the soup with lemon juice.
  10. Serve it hot.
