Bhutteyan Da Kebab: Potato, Kernel Corn and Cheese Recipe Method!

Bhutteyan Da Kebab with Potato, Kernel corn, cheddar cheese and seasoning!

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of kernel corn
  2. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  3. 1/2 cup of boiled and grated potato
  4. 1 pinch of mace powder (javitri)
  5. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  7. 2 green chillis (chopped)
  8. 2 tsp of grated cheddar cheese
  9. 2 tsp ginger (chopped)
  10. Fresh mint leaves
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 3-4 tsp of refined oil

Recipe Method:

Grate the 2 cup portion of kernel corn. Add all the above ingredients and mix it well. Divide the blended portion into equal ratio. Make the shapes accordingly. Add enough oil to the non stick pan and shallow fry the Kebab in medium heat until it gets golden brown. Cook for at least 2-3 minutes until it gets crispy. Garnish the Kebab and serve hot when it turns golden brown with mint chutney.
