Bhutteyan Da Kebab with Potato, Kernel corn, cheddar cheese and seasoning!
Grate the 2 cup portion of kernel corn. Add all the above ingredients and mix it well. Divide the blended portion into equal ratio. Make the shapes accordingly. Add enough oil to the non stick pan and shallow fry the Kebab in medium heat until it gets golden brown. Cook for at least 2-3 minutes until it gets crispy. Garnish the Kebab and serve hot when it turns golden brown with mint chutney.
