Sleep disorders may risk high to Heart attack or diabetes problem

  The recent study about sleeping reveals that too much or excessive of sleeping may lead to heart problem. There is a possibility of risk for heart stroke, claims an Indian scientist.

According to the Cardiology chairman, Rohit R Arora, MD, FACC, the risk is twice greater for the teenagers who sleep less than 6 hours during the night. The lack of sleep during the night may lead to heart stroke attack and congestive failure.

As per the report, people sleep more than the normal 8 hours have a high frequency of heart problem which lead to chest pain, coronary artery disease and blood vessel reduction.

The research study patients were all above age group of 45 years in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).

Another fact which is still not revealed that the risk of obesity, diabetes and hypertension may be higher for the people who sleep less than 6 hours

The priority for the sleep disorder should be widely taken care at the initial stage to avoid heart stroke and heart problems to lead a healthy life.
