Gangs of Wasseypur might have yielded better results at the box office and may have made plenty of profits, but the residents of Wasseypur seem to be very much angry with Anurag Kashyap this time.
According to residents of the town, the movie did get success but that success made the residents lost their honor, pride and integrity.
Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur were not pictured well on screen as is suggested by the residents of their area. The film dealt with the saga of coal mafias and vengeances. But the residents of Wasseypur, which is just few kilometres away from Dhanbad station, seem to be unsatisfied.
Sahil Siddiqii, a teacher of civil service exam told our sources that the movie was a mixture of fiction and truth, people got confused between two because both the things were mixed and it was a difficult to catch which is true and what is fiction which worsen the condition.
