Ghazal Concert on late Jagjit Singh's 71st birthday on 8 Feb 2012

Jagjit Singh's 71st birth anniversary on 8 February will be celebrated with a concert. The organizers of the event were waiting to get the approval of Chitra Singh, who gave an overwhelming support for the program.

The concert will be adorned with vocal recitals of some of the finest singers as a tribute to the ghazal legend Jagjit Singh and won’t be held with a commercial purpose.

Late Jagjit Singh's wife Chitra Singh is expected to be present to observe bigwigs in the world of music like Ghulam Ali, Talat Aziz and also Kavita Krishnamurthy and L. Subramaniam singing Jagjit Singh's songs.
